“LavaSidisJ” gives us insight on why. They call the casino a scam, saying after they requested 500 for withdrawal, the request was canceled without warning.
However, they were still charged a fee – and when they got their money back, it was only the initial deposit amount.
Lauri is just as unsatisfied. The same day she opened her account, a limit was placed on it of “1eur max.” When she contacted support, they told her the system set the limit, and the formula is complex and updates automatically and daily.
Unfortunately for Lauri, nothing updated, and the limit remained.
Meanwhile, “MPELLETIER2018” admits the games are nice. They even won and were paid (albeit with delays and many chats/emails), but after receiving their money, the site put a similar limit on their account as they did with Lauri.
And while Darcie’s review is 10/10 stars, she says the games and bonuses aren’t enough to make up for the “rebranding” – especially the new deposit minimums.
But “ZippiZod” is a happy player! They were verified within five minutes and say the casino is great overall.
