The only positive review is also the oldest. Throughout her seven years playing on the site, “Shelsue46” was paid out “a lot of money.”
And though she admits she was a difficult customer at times and payouts take a while, she’s pleased with the online casino and her VIP host, Megan.
Unfortunately, the good news ends there.
Vick accuses Silver Oak Casino of being rigged to lose no matter what and says customer service never answers. And when he tried to withdraw $2,500, the check he received was only for $1,800.
An inactive user is just as unsatisfied, saying the site is the slowest to pay out of all Real Time Gaming sites. They also struggled using their account after requesting it to be limited and then returning later. This went on for two whole years:
And “PezKing33” has nothing good to say about Silver Oak Casino, either. He even goes as far as to say the site doesn’t abide by its Terms of Service, primarily when paying out winnings on time.
The last review is the most recent – “SkohlBrand” won $450 and requested a withdrawal. They were then told 7-10 days, then another seven days after approval, and finally, the site kept saying “3 business days” due to escalating the withdrawal.
At the time of their review, they still hadn’t received their money.
