Metal Casino Reviews – What Are People Saying?
We had high hopes for Metal Casino, if only because its targeted audience is somewhat unique to the world of online casinos.
After all, it’s not every day you find a site whispering sweet nothings to metalheads!
But if you ask the metalheads who played on the site, you'll find out the sweet nothings were exactly that: sweet but worth nothing. This is primarily shown by the site's overall user rating – 3.3/10 stars based on 12 reviews.
“DeadMansHand” gives the first bit of insight on the matter.
He started on Metal Casino's old website, specifically drawn by its metalhead theme. So, when he received an email inviting him to the new and improved site, he immediately joined. The first issue arose when his promised bonus wasn't credited.
When he contacted customer support, they told him they sent a different email informing him he wasn’t eligible for bonuses. He never got the email. Still, support was nice enough to offer him a refund on his deposit – which he accepted.
And that was when they stopped responding. Eventually, the player filed an official complaint with an ADR service, and within three weeks, he received his refund.
“Kaweees” shares almost the same experience, having been a member of the original site first and then encouraged to sign up with the new one.
When they did, their promised welcome bonus was never credited, and support told them the same thing as the last reviewer – that they'd sent an email informing them of their ineligibility.
At the time of their review, they were working on getting their deposit back (with little luck).
Meanwhile, an inactive user says the rewards system is great, and the layout is unique and fun, but still gives the site 1/10 stars, thanks to a lengthy verification process and unresponsive support.
“TazMart,” on the other hand, gives the site 3/10 stars despite having almost nothing good to say – except for liking the metal theme, of course.
His main complaints are how much personal information the site asks for during the verification process and its technological glitches – they couldn't access their deposit or the games for over two weeks! Only when they threatened to contact the Gambling Commission did their account become accessible.
But we did find at least one positive review!
Chris says Metal Casino is the “absolute best casino ever!” He loves the website design, the bonuses and loyalty program, and the lightning-fast withdrawals.
The reviews are pretty bad, but they do have some nice games to play, so its not all doom and gloom.
