In better news, Magic Red Casino’s Loyalty Program is waiting for you (although we were somewhat disappointed the site didn’t opt for a magic-themed rewards program)!
There isn’t much information on the Loyalty Program, but we know there are seven Loyalty Tiers, from New Member to Prestige.
We don’t know how you earn reward points, but these can be converted into bonus funds depending on how high up the Loyalty ladder you are.
Similarly, there isn’t any information on how you level up. But if we assume it’s the same as most other casino sites, you probably level up based on your total rewards points – which you earn by depositing and playing with real cash.
While Magic Red Casino doesn’t offer any examples here either, they do say you’ll unlock exclusive offers the higher your Loyalty Tier.
Finally, you need to submit your ID and other account verification documents – especially if you want to withdraw your winnings.
Magic Red Casino Reviews – What Are People Saying?
Magic Red Casino left us feeling somewhat underwhelmed and wanting more. But what we wanted most of all was to read what real players say about the site!
So, as always, we went hunting. And – surprisingly, considering the age of the site – we managed to find only 20 player reviews. It seems the majority are unimpressed as well, as the site gets a rather poor user rating of just 3/10 stars.
Lori says, at the very least, the game selection is good – but that’s it.
After two years of being a loyal member, Lori finally won big. But the site didn’t let her withdraw, instead claiming she violated bonus rules by betting too high and refusing to provide evidence when asked.
Rob echoes a good selection of games and adds that the site is easy to use.
But he also echoes complaints of unreasonably long withdrawal times. Not only was he asked to submit (and then resubmit) his verification documents, but the site took four days to acknowledge receipt!
The player was then told he’d need to wait another 3-5 working days for the withdrawal to be processed.
At first glance, “UnluckyBDayGuy” appears to give praise – but upon closer inspection, it’s just a preview of his complaints.
First up is the ridiculously high wagering requirements hidden away in the Terms & Conditions instead of properly displayed. After he contacted customer support, they were at least polite while putting all the blame on him.
And “Disgruntledd” says that although there are many games, the live chat support is incredibly poor.
Not only did customer support ignore the player’s emails, they also ended the live chat session before the player had a chance to finish explaining what they needed help with!
We had to go back to early-2018 to find any positive feedback about Magic Red Casino. This comes courtesy of Adrian, who says support (used to be) nice and they enjoy the variety of games and bonuses.
Overall, the reviews are pretty dismal for Magic Red Casino, but they do have a nice selection of games to play.
