If you’re looking for an online casino promising to treat you like a king, then perhaps King Casino is worth checking out!
But will you feel like a king or a court jester?
Keep reading our King Casino review to find out!
About King Casino
- It isn’t clear when King Casino was launched, though Fortuna Gaming operates the site.
- They have a UK Gambling Commission license.
- Their games run on Microgaming, NetEnt, Big Time Gaming, and other software.
We don’t know when King Casino first launched, but it must have been years ago.
While not Medieval England old, the site is slightly outdated.
Fortunately, it’s still responsive and user-friendly.

What Games Does King Casino Offer?
King Casino has games in the following categories:
- Live Casino Games
- Automated Casino Games
This includes jackpots and progressive jackpots, along with a separate area for purchasing scratch cards!
Let’s take a peek at the games.
Live Casino Games
In this lobby, players will enjoy a large variety of live casino games and game shows. And with bets ranging from $0.10 to $10,000, everyone is included!
Blackjack players can try their hand at:
- Free Bet Blackjack
- Power Blackjack
- Speed Blackjack
- And more!
Roulette players are no less catered to, with options like:
- French Roulette
- American Roulette
- Speed Roulette
- And more!
Poker players are also given a sea of choices, such as:
- Casino Hold’Em
- Texas Hold’Em
- Three Card Poker
- Caribbean Stud Poker
- And more!
And baccarat players are kept in mind too! Options include:
- Speed Baccarat
- Dragon Tiger
- Super Sic Bo
- And more!
If you’re not feeling roulette, blackjack, poker, or baccarat, you’ll be happy to know King Casino also includes popular live game shows, such as Dream Catcher (pictured above).
Overall, the live casino games lobby is moderately active, with 13,000 players enjoying the games when we visited.
It’s not the biggest crowd we’ve seen, but it’s still a respectable number!
Automated Casino Table Games
While the betting range stays the same ($0.10 to $10,000), King Casino’s automated casino table games section is a far cry from its live games area.
For starters, the variety of games is more limited.
In addition to the usual roulette variations, like Classic Roulette and European Roulette, we found at least one interesting twist: Vertical Casino.
There are also a few other varieties to choose from.
Meanwhile, blackjack players will still enjoy standard options like:
- Atlantic City Blackjack
- European Blackjack
- Multihand Blackjack
- And a few others
On the other hand, poker players are stuck with Jacks or Better – a variety only available with the least-attractive graphics Microgaming could have chosen.
Baccarat players are just as limited, with Standard Baccarat being the only option.
King Casino attempts to make up for the disappointing automated casino table games section by offering a vast amount of slots.
Plus, the site regularly adds new ones to the collection!
However, the existing collection includes different types of slots – including themed ones!
The betting pool is also inclusive, starting at a few cents and reaching hundreds of dollars.
And let’s not forget the jackpots and progressive jackpots!
King Casino also allows registered players to access the slots without making a deposit, but you can’t spin them.
We were expecting something similar to the Demo or Practice Modes offered by other sites, but instead, we were met with an “insufficient funds” error.
Playing at King Casino
As a far cry from the outdated design of the general site, King Casino’s member’s area is modern, responsive, and visually attractive.
The member’s area and games are also optimized for mobile browsers.
This is a good thing, as King Casino doesn’t offer dedicated mobile apps – and we’d hate to play on the main site’s design while using a smartphone or tablet!
As for King Casino’s loyalty program, they don’t make it clear how to earn points. But you’ll need to earn them regardless if you want to level up!
Based on our experience with similar loyalty programs, we assume you earn points by depositing and playing with cash. And as you level up through the loyalty tiers, you also unlock rewards and benefits.
To find out yourself, you’ll need to give King Casino a try – which means going through the ID verification process.
King Casino Reviews – What Are People Saying?
We weren’t expecting much from King Casino, but after logging into our test account, we were pleasantly surprised by how modern it is!
Unfortunately, there’s no getting around the limited games variety. But what are other players thinking?
Although we only found four reviews for King Casino, they give the site a user rating of 4.7/10 stars – which is better than some we’ve seen with twice as many active players!
Michael says while the member’s area is no longer set in Medieval England, the money transfer process is.
King Casino keeps delaying the processing of his withdrawal while repeatedly making new requests for documents and pictures and taking days to acknowledge he submitted them.
Worse, it seems – at least in 2019 – the site was illegally charging a 2.5% deposit fee!
Jordan is just as unimpressed with the deposit fees.
The site also refused to reward him with the promised Welcome Bonus – though, after seeing the wagering requirements, he’s not complaining.
What he isn’t okay with is that withdrawal requests pend for 48 hours… while a big “Cancel” button tempts you to give up and put the money back on the site.
Sara left the most positive review, though she docked two stars for not testing the withdrawal process yet.
She appreciates the decent welcome bonuses and the nice design in the member’s area, plus the fact she can find the games she wants. To cap it off, she found live chat support calm and helpful.
Overall, we think that King Casino has a lot to be desired and there are better sites to play on.
