Hopa Casino Reviews – What Are People Saying?
Despite a great first impression, Hopa Casino left us wanting more – especially in its automated casino table games lobby. But what’s more important is how players feel.
After scouring the web, we found 28 player reviews. Unfortunately, they don’t paint a great picture, leaving the site with a dismal user rating of 1/10 stars.
Leanne says she didn’t receive her promised welcome bonus or the attached free spins. She also finds it next to impossible to get ahold of customer support and advises players to avoid the site entirely.
“EggAndMoss” appreciates that the games run fine and that Hopa Casino supports several countries. But the positive feedback ends there.
Not only is customer support the worst they’ve seen, but their account was also inexplicably banned from promotions and bonuses.
“BigAlMusic” couldn’t find anything positive to say about the site. Instead, he highlights that customer support is nonexistent, making it impossible to communicate.
Worse, the site appears to ignore GDPR requests, complaints, and withdrawal requests!
Burto agrees with “BigAlMusic,” having experienced the site delaying withdrawals for no reason. The player was told to resubmit documents again and wait an extra five days after the documents were re-examined and processed!
We had to time travel back to 2017 to find the single positive review left for Hopa Casino.
“Knokas” says they enjoy the variety of games, bonus offers, and helpful live chat support. They also had no issues withdrawing their winnings.
