“Makkonen” says that while the site offers many payment options, their 300-euro withdrawal was still rejected without any real reason. And when they contacted live chat support, the support agents wouldn’t answer any questions.
Johnny briefly praises the site’s mobile optimization and fast chat support but says the T&Cs are too confusing/not specific enough and withdrawals take too long, among other things.
“Suspect87” also says live chat support is good – until you ask for a withdrawal. In the end, the player says Dingo Casino is the hardest casino to get a payout from.
