“ExperiencedLoser” says the site “deducted a substantial amount of money” from their account without explanation. After a long wait trying to deal with customer support, they were eventually told it was due to an unannounced (and unasked for) bonus.
Worse, customer support was rude and sarcastic during the experience!
“Newest” is just as disgusted with the site.
They also had a substantial amount of money deducted due to bonuses they never agreed to or were told they had been given! What little they were left with had to be requested 15 times – while the same documents had to be resubmitted three times.
Meanwhile, “DGVlisag” became a VIP member in 2016 and still hadn’t received a withdrawal requested three months before to writing their review!
They say the site sent numerous emails making excuses about finding a payout processor – though deposits were never an issue.
Back in 2015, “09900” left one of the few positive reviews.
They played almost exclusively with a bonus and stayed smart about which games they used to get up to the withdrawal minimum. They also say support was helpful.
“Milty321” left another positive review, this time in 2018.
