We had high hopes for Casino Sieger, namely because its game selection is quite impressive! But what looks good at first glance might need some (or a lot of) work to be the best.
To find out if our first glance is accurate, we always turn to player reviews. And in this case, Casino Sieger is somewhat disappointing. It scores 3.3/10 stars based on 26 reviews.
“Vaperesso” gives us some insight on the low score, saying withdrawals are slow and the site stalls payments. They also say support is unhelpful and will copy and paste standard answers to everyone.
Meanwhile, Tom’s main complaint is that verification took more than a week, although he’s not happy with the monthly withdrawal limit, either.
And like the first reviewer, Sandra complains about slow payments on big wins, saying it takes years to cash out 20k+. She also says support is bad, and the VIP program doesn't really exist. Finally, she accuses the highly positive reviews of being fake.
“KR12345” is just as dissatisfied. They go as far as to call Casino Sieger the most dishonest casino they’ve come across.
The player accuses the site of sending promotions via mail that don’t exist, changing the loyalty point system whenever they want, and having “technical problems” where support isn’t available.
