21 Casino appears to offer a standard online casino experience. But looks can be deceiving – so, as always, we turn to the players to get a firsthand account!
We found 54 player reviews online, and, all told, they give the site an average score of 6.3/10 stars – not the best, but not the worst.
“LetsGiveItARun” is one of the negative reviewers, saying the site is poor with buggy design.
More upsetting is that they let the player deposit £7,000 and play with it – but then locked the account after nearly £5,000 in losses over time.
The site demanded extra verification before giving them access again, but the player requested their remaining £2,163.55 be returned instead. The site agreed and (after a few days) claimed to have processed the withdrawal.
But the money never arrived and, when questioned, 21 Casino said they needed more info before paying out.
“Fekkitt” also had a terrible experience, saying the withdrawal process is beyond absurd, with the site using every excuse possible to delay paying out.
The player also noticed many older negative reviews were removed – so the high average rating might not be trustworthy.
We had to go back to early 2019 to find positive reviews.
“PokerGirlX” says the newer design is great, matching her feelings about the game selection, campaigns, and customer support.
And “PickPock” hasn’t noticed any “strange manipulation of the ball on roulette” while playing at 21 Casino, leading them to believe it’s a fair site with good customer care.
Meanwhile, an inactive user complained the verification process was ridiculously slow – and wasn’t happy with the withdrawal limits.
But they gave the casino 9/10 stars because they have more slots than other casino sites in Norway.
